At Cloudflare Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a digital return authorization.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, attach it securely to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
