Description
This group draws from the look and feel of 1950s American hiking and camping culture; think canvas packs, trail guidebooks, wool layers, and metal flashlights rattling in the bottom of your bag. It's also about what you'd bring with you to stay in a cabin: a few worn photos of your family, an old trophy, a stack of bandaids just in case, and some school gear to remind you where you came from. Small, sentimental things that make a borrowed room feel a little more like home. We were also inspired by the world of Moonrise Kingdom; where kids run away with canteens and record players, trying to build an invented life out of whatever they've packed.
